Ahmed ALmasry Contracting & General Trade company Limited for Trading and Contracting, “AMCO”, is one of the diversified, leading, most experienced and oldest existing contracting companies operating in Gaza strip and West Bank, was established in 1996 in response to the urgently growing demand for specialized companies in a rapidly developing environment. During the period from July 1996 through April 2005, Amco has become a partner with another contracting company called Arab Contractors Palestine company “ACP”. The main reason for that was to achieve the mutual goals of both companies. The main goals were to increase the capabilities of the company in order to face the growing demand of the market. That Nine years partnership with "ACP" have proven that our strategy was correct since we were able to participate in and to be contracted the biggest and most vital projects in Gaza Strip. In October 1996 AMCO worked as a sub contractor for ACP on two major projects in Gaza Gaza International Airport And Palestinian Flour mills In May of 2000 AMCO executed the ministry of foriegn affairs for avalue of 3500000 usd as a sub contractor for ACP. In april 2005 AMCO has split from ACP and done its Career related to the contracting business in order to be able to maintain its goals. Also, for the last period since July 2005, AMCO has been continuing in its work in the contracting business by executing Two schools in khanyounis Refegee Camp And ElQarara Area for UNRWA ( United Nations Relief And Work Agency ) value Around 4000000.0 USD And In 2012 Amco Executed a big Housing Project Called The " SAUDI PROJECT " With UNRWA and funded by Saudi Fund Box for avalue of 7500000.00 USD to build 163 Residential units with the Infra structure needed as roads network and Sewage and water supply lines and Electricity networks

2016 to 2019 we executed the biggest building in palestine " Auditorium Building For Alazhar University also the contract is with UNRWA and the value is around 13457819.48 USD , Amco completed 100% of this project.
